We are moving offices to Mattick's Farm at 135-5325 Cordova Bay road, on the 18th Nov 2022.

Dr Jerome and Dr Chawla will only be available for telephone and video calls from 21st to 30th Nov (while we set up the new location). Sorry for the inconvenience. See the map below.

Update 21 Oct 2021:

We have received very limited flu shots from public health this year. Therefore we will not be conducting a flu clinic like we did in the past. Consider calling your regular pharmacy to put your name down there for one. If not, then call our office to book for it at our office.

Due to rising cases of covid cases and related hospital admissions, we have had to dial back online in-office visit booking availability a bit.
However, we are still seeing patients in office (when clinically nessessary) and if you should need an appointment please call the office instead.

During this Covid pandemic period our clinic /office is open Mon- Fri, however we are conducting all telephone appointments initially. Thereafter should you need a physical examination, one is then called into the office with a specific appointment time.
